What do you seek? opening the journey toward forgiveness
“What do you seek?” This question of Jesus invites us into a deeper encounter with God’s love, a love that abides even in our wounds and longings. This is an encounter that invites us to identify where I have most deeply known the love of God in my own life, and what makes it difficult to believe in God's love at times.
In the rhythm of our daily communities—at work, at home, at school, at church—we experience joy and encouragement, but also misunderstanding, disappointment, and hurt. How am I being called to abide in God's love - in my family, in my work, in my community? What would it mean to let God's abiding presence transform the way I love others?

“There is a crack in everything; that’s how the light gets in” - Leonard Cohen
Sometimes our lives can feel cracked, ridden with disconnection and discontent. We might feel a yearning - sometimes unwieldy and uncertain, sometimes a desire so specific it freezes us. We may recognize a time away for rest and prayer would be helpful, yet responsibilities and life demands do not allow that freedom. What if you moved into the freedom of a retreat right where you are? In your own home, in your own life, with your own prayer. What if there was someone to help you listen to your own experiences of prayer, your own experiences of God breaking into your ordinary day?
